WHAT'S THE PATTERN ABOUT?
A sewing pattern for making a drop shoulder hooded coat, designed to utilize quilts or blankets. Instead of traditional hemming, edges are finished with a bias binding method, and the coat is constructed without a separate lining. The extra-long sleeves can be rolled or shortened, and the adaptable length allows for personalised length. Featuring deep curved pockets and various closure options, this pattern is an ideal project for quilters and sewists seeking a straightforward construction without the complexities of lining a coat.

YES - 12.7 mm (1/2 inch) Seam allowances have been added to all pattern pieces.

If using quilts/blankets
UK Sizes 6-12 : 135 cm x 180 cm (53" x 71")
UK Sizes 14-18 : 140 cm x 190 cm (55" x 75")
UK Sizes 20-24 : 160 cm x 200 cm (53" x 71")
For pre-quilted and felted fabrics at 140cm wide
UK Sizes 6-12 : 2 metres (2 yds)
UK Sizes 14-18 : 2 metres (2 yds)
UK Sizes 20-24 : 3 metres (3.2 yds)
Bias Tape : 6-8 metres for outer edges only OR 11-13 metres for outer edges and all inner seams
Notions : Various closure options available and can be added at the end of the project.
