WHAT'S THE PATTERN ABOUT?
Make a pair of dungarees, with a choice between a cheeky exposed or a covered midriff in either the trouser or a skirted dress version. The dress version is similar to a pinafore (apron) style dress and also has pockets on the front. The garments have a bow at the back waist which draws the waist in, and the adjustable shoulder straps cross over on the back and knot through a buttonhole on the front. The interfacing panels gives the garment structure, and the pockets add extra practicality.
SKILL LEVEL
Intermediate - Requires sewing interfacing, pleats (view C & D), buttonholes, pockets and top stitching. No zips or other fasteners required.
ARE SEAM ALLOWANCES INCLUDED?
No, but seam allowance guidance is provided.

This pattern caters for UK ladies sizes 6 - 24

WHAT TYPE OF FABRIC SHOULD I USE?
Medium weight woven fabrics with a good drape, light to medium weight woven fabric for interfacing.
HOW MUCH FABRIC WILL I NEED?
MAIN FABRIC based on 130 cm wide fabric
- UK sizes 6 - 14: 200 cm (2 metres / roughly 2.2 yards)
- UK sizes 16 - 24 :250 cm (2.5 metres / roughly 2.75 yards)
LINING FABRIC - 130cm wide
All sizes: 70cm
FUSIBLE INTERFACING - 110cm wide
All sizes: 50cm
